Doberman Drawing Room to Open
April 30 in Downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District
A social club for the sharp and curious, Doberman’s
cocktail program is led by acclaimed mixologist Juyoung Kang
Doberman Drawing Room, the latest cocktail-driven concept from Corner Bar Management, will officially open its doors Wednesday, April 30, at 1025 S. 1st St. #100 in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas’ Arts District. Reservations are now being accepted at dobermandtlv.com.
At the helm of Doberman’s bar program is award-winning mixologist and partner Juyoung Kang, formerly of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where her work garnered national attention including a spot on Esquire’s “Best Bars in America” list. Her globally inspired, deeply intentional approach to cocktails forms the core of Doberman’s menu—offering a selection of original creations that embrace innovation while drawing from health, wellness and culinary philosophies.
“Doberman represents the next evolution of cocktail culture in Las Vegas,” said Ryan Doherty, founder of Corner Bar Management. “It’s a place for people who appreciate the art of a good drink, and even better conversation. With Juyoung’s leadership and vision, we’re excited to offer something that feels both timeless and entirely new.”
Signature creations on Doberman’s opening menu include Howling Wolves, a complex and evocative sour where Japanese whisky meets the nutty depth of sherry, the sweet succulence of cantaloupe, and a sharp bite of acidity—a journey through grain, fruit, and spice that’s smooth yet wild, refined yet untamed. Bird’s Eye View offers a reimagined Americano with a tropical edge, blending a bitter aperitif with di Torino vermouth, passion fruit, coconut, and a fiery touch of bird’s eye chili for a bright, exotic cocktail with just the right amount of heat. Nine Countries, which honors the nine ancient provinces Japan was once divided and are now prefectures, combines smoky mezcal with honeydew cordial, yuzu juice and green yuzu-koshō, creating a sip that is fresh with melon flavors balanced with a touch of spice.
A social club for the sharp and curious, Doberman invites guests into a richly designed, 3,400-square-foot space that evokes the moody elegance of a 19th-century drawing room. The venue blends refined design with a spirited, intellectual energy—featuring heavy woods, semi-private seating, luxurious booths and an indoor atrium garden.
In addition to welcoming walk-ins and reservations, Doberman offers exclusive memberships for those seeking a more curated experience. Members receive access to private nights, concierge-style service and guaranteed seating, with selection based on personality and passion rather than status.
Corner Bar Management has redefined the nightlife and cocktail landscape of Downtown Las Vegas through boundary-pushing concepts like The Laundry Room, Commonwealth, Cheapshot and La Mona Rosa. Doberman continues that tradition, elevating the experience with a design-forward space, immersive beverage program and a community-focused philosophy.
Public reservations and membership applications are available now at dobermandtlv.com.
