The schedule of free events and artist appearances is as follows: |
|
|
Nov. 10 – 12 | Cris Woloszak and Irene Sheri | Live Painting/Signing
Cris Woloszak spent his childhood in two different worlds – the tropical paradise of South Florida, where he spent most of his time as a youth surfing the pristine beaches along the east coast of Florida and the city life of New York City, those experiences introduced him to different passions – hot rods and the ocean. A self-educated artist on a relentless path to success, he started his career by painting cars and motorcycles. His dazzling use of candy colors makes his Disney pieces truly pop.
Like her obsession for art, Ukraine-born Irene Sheri’s love for Disney began at an early age. As a little girl, she formed a bond with Mickey Mouse and like many children she thought of Mickey as another childhood friend. Recognized at an early age as one of Russia’s most gifted young artists, today her award winning fine art is collected, exhibited and celebrated in a variety of museums and galleries around the world. In a beautiful, poetic return to her own youth, she contributes to the Disney Fine Art collection with her whimsical portraits of children immersed in the joyful exploration of their own imaginations.
Cris and Irene will be painting and signing works Friday, Nov. 10 from 2–5 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 11 from 1–3 p.m. and 5–7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 12 from 1-3 p.m. |

Tim was then discovered on the world stage as a fine art painter and became an official artist of the Disney Fine Art collection.

Dec. 15 – 17 | Heather Theurer, Dave Bossert and Tennesse Loveless | Live Painting/Book Signing
Heather Theurer’s paintings are the product of decades of observation of people, environments, animals and textiles, as well as the convergence of every scrap of knowledge that came attached to them. The wonder and magic of Disney movies, both the imagery and the music, also helped cultivate the ideas that began to take form in her painting, and now, boldly recreating Disney characters in a way that brings them into the realism of our world has become an exciting new passion for Theurer.
Tennessee Loveless is a Los Angeles based contemporary pop artist whose bold use of color and pattern evokes an immediate visual impact to the viewer, but also creates a poetic irony when one considers the fact that Loveless has limited achromatopsia colorblindness (almost complete colorblindness). Loveless will be painting live and signing his new book The Art of Tennessee Loveless written by author, artist and filmmaker Dave Bossert who will also be on hand to sign the book.
The talented trio of artists will be live painting and signing books Friday, Dec. 15 from 2–5 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 16 from 1–3 p.m. and 5–7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 17 from 1-3 p.m. |
