CHĪ Asian Kitchen, located within The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, has introduced a variety of flavorful and vibrant new dishes. Highlights among the new offerings include:

• Shrimp toast – Shrimp, egg, water chestnuts, furikake, and spicy mayo, $14
• Vietnamese egg rolls – Shrimp, pork, vermicelli noodles with crisp lettuce and savory dipping sauce, $13
• Peking duck – Served with steamed buns and bok choy, available as:
  • Half duck, $52
  • Whole duck, $90
• Wok-charred lobster – 10-ounce lobster tail with stir-fried noodles and ginger sake sauce, $48
• Homestyle tofu – Fried tofu, pan-fried egg noodles, mushrooms, Napa cabbage, baby corn, scallions, and ginger garlic sauce, $21
• Peking duck fried rice – Garlic, ginger, Peking duck, crispy duck skin, and egg, $20

The new dishes are complemented by CHĪ’s signature cocktails like the Nippon Old Fashioned crafted with Frey Ranch straight rye whiskey, spiced cherry reduction, Hinoki Japanese bitters, Angostura aromatic bitters; the Heart of the Dragon with Ciroc peach vodka, Lillet Rose aperitivo, lychee, yuzu, cranberry wash and rose water; and the Confucius’ Smile crafted with Casamigos reposado tequila, Chinola passion fruit liqueur, Lilikoi, lime, vanilla and cardamom.
