Having sold out two consecutive, first-time headline tours of the U.K. and Europe earlier this year, today, Dirty Honey, one of rock’s hottest young bands, announced their biggest North American headline tour to date, including a performance at The Sand Dollar Downtown at Plaza Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas.

Touring in support of their upcoming album, Can’t Find The Brakes (due this fall), Dirty Honey will perform at The Sand Dollar Downtown Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., alongside special guest Austin Meade. Tickets are $30 plus applicable and go on sale Friday, August 18. 2023 at 10 a.m.

On this tour, vocalist Marc LaBelle, guitarist John Notto, and bassist Justin Smolian will introduce North America to Dirty Honey’s new drummer, Jaydon Bean, a long-time friend of the band’s who came on board this past January, just before the band’s first massive ’23 UK/European headline tour launched.  In its review of Dirty Honey’s Manchester tour stop in January, the UK’s Rock at Night wrote, “It’s difficult to believe that drummer Jaydon Bean appeared live with the band for the first time only a few days earlier.  His high-quality playing and jovial on-stage persona blends well with his bandmates.”

Some musicians take a while to build an audience and connect with fans. For the Los Angeles-
based quartet Dirty Honey, success came right out of the gate… In October 2019, Dirty Honey
made history as the only unsigned artist in Billboard’s near four-decades to hit #1 on the
magazine’s Mainstream and Hard Rock Charts with its debut single, “When I’m Gone.” Since
that weighty debut, Dirty Honey has opened for The Who, Guns Nʼ Roses, Slash with Alter
Bridge, and The Black Crowes, where the band received glowing press reviews and a standing
ovation at the majority of the tour’s concerts—unprecedented for a support act. Dirty Honey’s
self-titled album debuted at #2 on the Current Hard Rock Chart, Rolling Stone featured them as
“An Artist You Need To Know,” they were tagged as the “do-not-miss-band” at more than a
dozen major North American summer festivals, and played sold-out shows on their first two
North American tours. In May, 2022 the band released its international EP/LP debut, and headed
to the UK and Europe for their first tour there, playing headline shows, festival slots and support
dates with Guns NʼRoses, KISS and Rival Sons.

Tickets for Dirty Honey are $30 plus applicable fees for general admission. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and guests must be 21 years or older. To purchase tickets, please visit plazatix.com. Dirty Honey band presale is set to begin Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 10 a.m. and will run through Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10 p.m.

About The Sand Dollar Lounge
Originally opened as a blues bar in 1976, The Sand Dollar quickly became a draw for iconic musicians including Muddy Waters, B.B. King, and even Mick Jagger over its first 30 years. Hit by hard times, The Sand Dollar closed its doors in 2013, but its spirit would not let it rest and within two years the Chinatown-adjacent bar was purchased and reignited by hospitality veterans Anthony Jamison and Nathan Grates. Honoring the tradition and history of the iconic Las Vegas venue, The Sand Dollar Lounge has reclaimed its beloved spot as a premier live music venue with free entertainment nightly, adding rotating craft beer selections, an extensive whiskey collection, seasonal craft cocktails by some of the city’s best bartenders, an amazing pizza kitchen, and table-top gaming in a smoke-free environment. In 2022, the iconic blues bar opened its second location in Las Vegas, located at The Plaza Hotel & Casino.
