Grammy-nominated rock band Daughtry will bring their signature sound to The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas on Friday, Oct. 4. Rockers Augustana will serve as the special guest. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m.
Daughtry was formed in 2006 by Cafter he was a finalist on the fifth season of “American Idol.” As the front man for the band bearing his name, Daughtry has become one of the most visible and consistent rock and roll torchbearers of the 21st century. Throughout his career, he has released four albums, all of which reached the Billboard top ten charts and have combined sales over eight million copies in the United States. Daughtry’s self-titled debut was the best-selling Billboard album of 2007, which contained four top twenty hit singles including the Grammy-nominated smash “It’s Not Over.” The band, who have been performing together for more than a decade, is currently at work on its fifth album, which is described in its early stages as having a “bluesy, almost rootsy undertone to it.”
