LAS VEGAS – Dec. 5, 2024 – CRUSH, Morton Group’s acclaimed American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will host a New Year’s Eve celebration in style with a one-of-a-kind dish, available exclusively on Tuesday, Dec. 31.
Culinary Director William DeMarco has crafted a decadent 14-ounce parmesan-crusted veal chop as the centerpiece of CRUSH’s New Year’s Eve special. The veal chop is paired with creamy polenta and roasted garlic spinach, delivering a rich and satisfying combination of flavors. Priced at $69, this entrée will be a highlight for guests celebrating the final night of 2024.
To accompany the meal, guests can sip on one of CRUSH’s signature cocktails, including the kiss & tell cocktail, made with Spring 44 gin, prosecco, lemongrass, star anise, guava and fresh lemon juice, priced at $21. For a classic celebratory option, guests can raise a glass of champagne Nicolas Feuillatte brut from France, priced at $29 per glass, to toast to 2025.
CRUSH’s complete menu will be available as well, featuring standout dishes like the Chilean sea bass with braised kale and tomato chutney, priced at $47 and the eight-ounce filet mignon with fingerling potatoes, sweet onions and blue cheese fondue, priced at $76.
