YurView Las Vegas will televise Wednesday’s UNLV men’s basketball’s season-opening game vs. Montana State live on Cox Channel 14 and 1014HD in Las Vegas. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with Matt Neverett and Steve Cofield calling the action. The game will also be available on the internet via a free stream linked at UNLVRebels.com. “Cox has a long history of supporting UNLV Athletics and we’re excited to broadcast Wednesday’s game for fans and supporters during a time when COVID-19 restrictions and precautions do not allow fans in person,” said Cox VP and Market Leader Michael F. Bolognini. “Without being able to host fans at our games right now, it was crucial to provide a way to watch the Runnin’ Rebels’ season opener,” said UNLV Director of Athletics Desiree Reed-Francois. “Thank you to our conference, multimedia rights holder, corporate partners and external team who all moved quickly to make Wednesday’s game available. We continue to work with the Mountain West and our partners and we are confident that all of our basketball games will be available for our fans to watch this season.” YurView, the local origination television network managed by Cox Communications, can be viewed on Cox Channel 14 and 1014HD in Southern Nevada.
