Barkada Hospitality is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Palate, a revolutionary dining destination slated to open its doors in Spring 2024.
Nestled in the vibrant walls of the Colorado in iconic Downtown Las Vegas at 1301 S. Main St., Palate promises to redefine the culinary landscape, offering a Modern Americana experience enriched with diverse cultural influences.
Palate, under the culinary helm of Barkada Hospitality and Chef Sterling Buckley, invites guests to embark on a gastronomic journey featuring an innovative menu that blends tradition with contemporary flair. Signature dishes include the Duck Dynasty charcuterie board, American Wagyu Flank Steak, Iberico Pork Loin, Logganisa Sliders, Miso Bronzed Pork Belly, and Soy Charred Short Ribs.

Palate goes beyond mere dining – it’s an immersive experience where every detail is meticulously crafted to enchant guests. The restaurant will boast an action-packed charcuterie station, allowing guests to witness the culinary magic unfold before their eyes. For those seeking an interactive dining experience, Palate will feature a table-side beef tartare presentation.
In the spirit of celebrating local talent, Palate will host live music performances every Thursday to Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m., creating an ambiance that complements the vibrant Downtown Las Vegas scene. The restaurant’s tagline, “The food is art, the cocktails are art, featuring local artists,” reflects its commitment to showcasing not only culinary creativity but also the artistic talent of the community. In addition, Palate will pay its respects and homage to the Arts District community by displaying phenomenal pieces created by local artists.
Palate caters to sports enthusiasts with two high-definition TVs at the bar, ensuring guests can catch their favorite games while savoring the exquisite offerings. Operating hours are from 3 p.m. to late, Wednesday to Sunday, with Happy Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. At 5 p.m., the dinner menu becomes available, presenting an array of delectable options to tantalize the taste buds.
Families are welcome at Palate, with a dedicated kids’ menu for the little ones. Furthermore, furry friends are not forgotten, as the restaurant introduces “Puppy Hour” and the “Bark-cuterie Board”, allowing guests’ dogs to join in on the culinary festivities.
