Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken is blooming with joy this Spring season with their new delicious creation, the Spring Chicken sandwich. This April, guests are invited to indulge in the Japanese-inspired fried chicken sandwich, a nod to Blue Ribbon’s famous sushi restaurants. Each bite is filled with the heat of fresh jalapeños and ginger slaw, then followed by the tanginess of the sweet and savory katsu sauce and finished with creamy katsu mayonnaise. Priced at $9.25 guests can enjoy this one-of-a-kind special at both Las Vegas locations including Grand Bazaar and Downtown Summerlin, available now through April 30.
