CIRCA SURVIVOR DOWN TO THREE CONTESTANTS WITH CHANCE OF $2 MILLION IN INDIVIDUAL PAYOUTS
Week 17 of Circa Sports’ Football Contest has Highest Individual Payout for a Football Contest at Stake
Week 17 of Circa Sports’ Circa Survivor contest is shaping up to be one of the biggest in football contest history. With three players remaining, the highest individual payout for a football contest is at stake: a total of $6,133,000 is up for grabs, with the intrinsic value of each entry currently at $2,044,333.33.
Favorites in week 17 include the Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. However, those teams have been used by each of the remaining competitors. Instead, teams likely to be chosen could include the Los Angeles Chargers (vs Los Angeles Rams), Detroit Lions (vs Chicago Bears) and New York Giants (at Indianapolis Colts).

Currently in its fourth year, Circa Survivor offered a hefty $6,133,000 payout for the last entry standing. The contest has consisted of up to 20 legs throughout the year, one for every week of the football season plus two special weeks. Each week, participants choose one different team to win straight up, but the player cannot pick the same team again for the duration of the season. Thanksgiving and Christmas were considered their own contest weeks.
Entries are eliminated from the contest by selecting a team that subsequently loses or ties its game that week. If more than one entry remains after 20 legs, the pool will be split equally amongst all the entries that successfully submitted a selection during the leg. If an entry wins before the 20th leg of the contest, the winner will have the opportunity to continue making selections each week to try and achieve the 20-0 record.
The contest was open to entries in person or via proxy at Circa Sports’ five southern Nevada locations, as well as its recently opened permanent book at the new Legends Bay Casino in Sparks, Nev.
