CINCO DE MAYO HAPPENINGS AT THE LINQ PROMENADE
The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, experience, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, will feature an array of tempting food and beverage specials in celebration of Cinco de Mayo on Friday, May 5. In addition, guests are invited to enjoy live Mariachi bands and other festive celebrations throughout the holiday weekend in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails
From Friday, May 5 through Sunday, May 7, ameriCAN will offer $5 Coronas, $5 Pacificos and $5 Modelos.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Guests are invited to a two-day-long fiesta at Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6. Both days, guests 21 and older can enjoy 1800 Tequila coconut margarita samples from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Patron El Alto tequila tastings from 3 to 5 p.m. and Tequila Codigo samples from 7 to 9 p.m. A live Mariachi band will perform from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:45 to 4:45 p.m. both afternoons and DJ Joey will also rev up both evenings with Latin Nights beginning at midnight.
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Flour & Barley invites guests to savor a Mexican specialty pizza this Cinco de Mayo. Available for $24, the Tostada Pizza includes chili beans, ground beef, iceberg lettuce, sour cream, pico and micro cilantro. For $16, visitors can enjoy the Vegas Heat cocktail made with El Cristiano Blanco Tequila and roasted jalapeño cucumber syrup.
Haute Doggery
Guests searching for quick and convenient Cinco de Mayo specials are invited to visit Haute Doggery for the $13 corn dog made with corn pico, a juicy hotdog and fresh lettuce. Haute Doggery will also offer $15 Micheladas and $10 nachos with chips, chili cheese, avocado and pico.
High Roller Observation Wheel
High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will feature a dedicated red, green and white colored light show in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
I LOVE SUGAR
The candy paradise invites guests to enjoy the Spicy Roller, a giant tequila candy martini perfect for Cinco de Mayo. I LOVE SUGAR will also offer piñata juice tequila shots in celebration of the holiday. From Thursday, May 4 through Sunday, May 7, the Candy Martini Bar to-go cart will also be located outside, offering to-go versions of I LOVE SUGAR’s favorite drinks in small and large sizes. Visitors can enjoy the Spicy Roller to-go or two for $22 Drunkin’ Bears in vodka and tequila flavors.
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, the club will offer $5 margaritas and $5 Coronas all day.
Off The Strip Bistro + Bar
Visitors to Off The Strip can enjoy a number of food and beverage specials from breakfast to dinner this Cinco de Mayo. Specials include $18 chicken taquitos, $24 chicken enchiladas, $22 street tacos (including one pork carnitas, one carne asada and one chicken taco served with rice and beans), $7 chips and salsa, $10 chips and guacamole, $8 churros and $10 Neapolitan flan. Tempting beverages include a blood orange paloma for $12, mango margarita for $12, a bucket of five Dos Equis bottles for $30, Mexican candy shots for $10 and 1800 Tequila and 1800 Coconut Tequila shots for $10.
Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
To celebrate, Tilted Kilt will offer its fish tacos for $19. The dish includes three warm flour tortillas filled with Samuel Adams beer battered Icelandic cod, cayenne ranch dressing, shredded cabbage and diced tomatoes served with tortilla chips and fire-roasted salsa. On Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7, guests can also savor the sausage breakfast tacos, including diced sausage, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese served with salsa and tater tots for $14.50.
Virgil’s Real Barbecue
This Cinco de Mayo, Virgil’s invites guests to enjoy happy hour tacos all day, including two tacos per order for $8. The restaurant will also offer frozen margaritas for $8, brisket nachos with pico and guacamole for $16.95 and the chef’s special breakfast burrito with pulled pork and home-fried potatoes for $17.95.
