Basilico Ristorante Italiano, renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine by Chef Francesco Di Caudo, is thrilled to unveil an array of enticing experiences for the month of March. From decadent dinners to lively weekly specials, Basilico invites guests to savor the flavors of Italian cuisine in a warm and inviting ambiance.

 

1-Year Anniversary Celebration in March

March marks a significant milestone for Basilico Ristorante Italiano as they celebrate their 1st-year anniversary of serving the Southwest Las Vegas community in the Evora development. In honor of this joyous occasion, Basilico invites guests to book a reservation and dine on Friday, March 15th from 4 – 11 p.m. to enjoy a variety of food and drink specials; sponsors including Hanson of Sonoma Vodka, Don Fulano Tequila, and others; sample offerings and exclusive swag bags; live entertainment by local performer, Nevena Dadd; and much more to experience in celebration. Indulge in a specially crafted anniversary dinner and cocktail menu, designed to elevate the celebration and reflect on a year of culinary excellence and community support.

New Menu Items at Basilico

Basilico keeps their menu fresh and exciting by changing out dishes throughout the seasons with new, innovative creations by Chef Francesco Di Caudo. These new dishes can be found in the antipasti, pasta and secondi portion of the menu. These dishes are vibrant with unique flavors, catering to customers of different cravings and likings. Antipasti

  • Nashi Pear made with Belgium Endive, Radicchio, Almond Ricotta Salata and Burnt Honey Vinaigrette.
  • Bagna Cauda served with an Anchovies-Garlic Bath, Fried Polenta and Seasonal Crudité.

 

Pasta

  • Beet Gnocchi made with Blue Del Monvisio Cheese, Artichokes and Black Garlic.
  • Squid Ink and Dill Bucatini made with Seafood Sugo, Uni Butter and Pistachio Sauce.
  • Risotto made with Saffron, Porcini, Licorice and Bone Marrow.

 

Secondi

  • Vitello Sorrentina made with Pan Fried Breaded Veal Chop, Campari Tomato and Bufala Mozzarella.
  • Pachamama Farm Pork Chop made with Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms and Brown Butter Mustard Sauce.
  • Monkfish made with Tumeric Potate Puree, Artichokes, Radicchio, Kalamata Crust with a Romesco Sauce.

 

In addition to extraordinary, modern Italian dishes, Bar-Kada Hospitality, managing partner of Basilico, has added new libations to their cocktail menu.

 

  • Fuma E Spezie made with Mezcal, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Xila Oaxacan Apertif, Ginger and Lemon.
  • Evora 2.0 made with Amador Bourbon, Artichoke infused Sweet Vermouth, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Cynar and Angostura Bitters.
  • Pompelmo made with Flecha Azul Blanco Tequila, Aperol, Lime, Agave and Grapefruit Soda.
  • Meringa made with Botanist Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Amaro and Lemon.

 

Live Entertainment

Basilico caters to all locals and tourists who enjoy live entertainment on top of a dining experience. Starting in March, Basilico’s live entertainment will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday Evenings from 6 – 9 p.m. Guests can take in the melodic sounds and voices of Nieve Malandra, Monreau, Nevena Dadd, Cali Tucker, Savannah Lynx, Marisa Corvo, Lex Cole and Sara Loera.

Weekly Specials
Basilico invites guests to unwind and socialize throughout the week to enjoy the many specials they have to offer. From Tuesday to Sunday, guests can indulge in enticing specials on select food and beverages from 4 to 6 p.m. for Social Hour at their indoor bar, outdoor bar and patio.

Tuesdays are dedicated to Industry Night, where professionals can savor select dishes and cocktails from a special menu while being serenaded by live performances.

Make Wednesdays memorable with Wine Down Wednesday, where guests can relish discounted rates on bottles of wine. Diners can enjoy bottles of wine priced under $100 for 40% off as well as bottles of wine priced at $100+ for 20% off.

Thursdays are dedicated to Ladies Night, offering a complimentary first drink for all ladies – a choice of Basilico’s cocktail or the Sommelier’s choice of bubbly/wine.

Coming into the weekend specials, Thursday to Saturday offers a Reverse Happy Hour from 9 to 11 p.m. featuring delectable food and drink specials.
