ANDRE’S AT MONTE CARLO RESORT AND CASINO’S NEW MENU FOR LOVERS
Award-Winning Restaurant to Offer a Special Menu on Each of the Three Nights of Valentine’s Day Weekend
With this year’s Valentine’s Day on a Saturday, Andre’s at Monte Carlo Resort and Casino will be offering not one, but three different menu options and experiences for lovers. A different menu will be offered on Friday, Feb. 13, Saturday, Feb. 14, and Sunday, Feb. 15.
Andre’s offers an intimate setting, with candlelit tables draped in fine white linens. In addition to the menu below, a full cocktail and spirits menu awaits, boasting one of the large Cognac and Armagnac collections in the country. Once dinner is complete, couples can head upstairs to Las Vegas’ hidden gem, Andre’s Cigar Lounge. Finish the evening with cigars or just a relaxing nightcap.
As for the menus, for those dining on Friday, Feb. 13, the price* for the 5-course menu will be $115 per person for the following:
First course, selections include:
- Sturgeon Caviar with Beau Soleil Oysters with Pomegranate Mignonette
- Champagne Caviar with Carrot Blinis with Cucumber Crème Fraîche
Second course, selections include:
- Beef Tartare with Caper Crackers, Shallot Jam, Micro Arugula and Dijon Foam
- Quail Galantine with Toasted Brioche, Grain Mustard Sauce and Scallion Oil
Third course, selections include:
- Warm Lobster Bisque with Poached Langoustines and Tarragon Crème
- Veal Consommé and Pinot Royale
Fourth course, selections include:
- Snake River Farms Kobe Rib Eye with Marrow and Duxelle Gratiné and Sauce Bordelaise
- John Dory En Croûte with Roasted Fennel, Cauliflower Purée and Fire Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce
- Seared Duck Breast and Crispy Confit with Jewel Yam Gnocchi, Braised Swiss Chard and Fig Jus
Dessert course with Chocolate Truffle Take Away Box:
- Godiva Chocolate Soufflé with a Rich Mocha Anglaise
For Valentine’s Day, Saturday, Feb. 14, the price is $400 per person for a decadent 7-course menu, paired with Champagne and wine, or $260 per person with Champagne or $225 per person for dinner only:
First course paired with 375ml Champagne, Perrier Jouet, Grand Brut, selections include:
- Sturgeon Caviar on Beau Soleil Oysters with Pomegranate Mignonette
- Champagne Caviar with Carrot Blinis with Cucumber Crème Fraîche
Second course, selections include:
- Beef Tartare with Caper Crackers, Shallot Jam, Micro Arugula and Dijon Foam paired with Côtes-de-Provence Rosé, Maison Mont d’Azur, Cloud Chaser
- Quail Galantine with Toasted Brioche, Grain Mustard Sauce, Scallion Oil paired with Chardonnay, Kistler, Les Noisetierres, Sonoma Coast
Third course with Chef’s Complimentary Shaved Truffles tableside and paired with Sherry, Bodegas Hidalgo, Amontillado, Napoleon; selections include:
- Warm Lobster Bisque with Poached Langoustines and Tarragon Crème
- Veal Consommé with Pinot Royale
Fourth course paired with Pinot Gris, Zind Humbrecht, Alsace, selections include:
- Seared Foie Gras with Roasted Quince Tart, Meyer Lemon Sabayon
- Scallop Rosettes with Yukon Gold Potato and Saffron “Risotto Style”, Tomato Confit, Riesling Beurre Blanc
Fifth course, selections include:
- Snake River Farms Kobe Rib Eye with Marrow and Duxelle Gratiné, Sauce Bordelaise, paired with Margaux, Chateau Margelaine, Bordeaux

Seventh course paired with Tokaji Aszu’, 5 Puttonyos, Royal Tokaji Wine Co., Red Label and a Chocolate Truffle Take Away Box, selections include:

Finally, for Sunday, Feb. 15, Andre’s is offering a special three-course prix-fixe menu, in addition to its regular menu, which will be $65 per person and include:
