Celebrate Thanksgiving with a Holiday Feast at
Morton Group’s CRUSH American Grill at MGM Grand
CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will offer guests a holiday feast this Thanksgiving, curated by Culinary Director William DeMarco. The menu features festive entrées, savory side dishes and sweet desserts, available exclusively from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28.
CRUSH’s delectable holiday dinner features a citrus-brined turkey breast with bacon, sausage and vegetable stuffing, served with mashed potatoes and cranberry jelly, priced at $39. A variety of festive sides include Brussels sprouts with candied hazelnuts and bacon, maple-glazed yams; sweet potato gnocchi with sage brown butter and blistered green beans with beech mushroom cream sauce, each priced at $16. To complete the Thanksgiving meal, pumpkin pie and pecan pie will be available, each priced at $14.
Featuring varietals from around the world, CRUSH’s wine list offers excellent pairings for this Thanksgiving meal. For red wines, the Belle Glos Pinot Noir from Clark & Telephone accentuates the red fruit notes of cranberry, complementing turkey and cream-based dishes like mashed potatoes and blistered green beans with beech mushroom cream sauce. The 8 Years in the Desert Zinfandel from Orin Swift highlights the warm spices of Thanksgiving such as clove, cinnamon and allspice, elevating the flavors of the feast.
On the white wine side, the Pascal Jolivet Sancerre works beautifully with Brussels sprouts and refreshes the palate for rich gravies and meats. For a festive touch, the Taittinger La Francaise Brut Champagne adds bright acidity, making it a delightful choice for sweet desserts and savory dishes alike.
CRUSH’s regular menu will also be available. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made on the website at www.crushmgm.com or by calling 702-891-3222.
