 Celebrate Mother’s Day at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa on Sunday, May 11 with delicious pre-fixe menus served all day at Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Café, Don Vito’s, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steakhouse. Garden Buffet will serve Mother’s Day specials all weekend, May 10—11.  Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online at southpointcasino.com/dining.

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary margarita or glass of wine from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. for $27.95 per person, including:

  • First Course: Shrimp & Papaya Salad – Chilled shrimp folded with diced papaya in a lime and honey cream. Served in a crisp tortilla cup or Ensalada Picada de Mamá – Chopped seasonal lettuce, diced tomatoes, cut corn, black beans, and sliced radishes with minted lime dressing & crisp tortilla chips or Tortilla Soup – Spicy Mexican vegetable soup with chicken
  • Second Course: Carne Asada con Camarones – Chili-rubbed New York steak with garlic-sautéed rock shrimp over a bed of sautéed bell peppers, nopales, and tomatoes with Spanish rice or Baja Grilled Branzino – Lightly seasoned fillets topped with roast corn and tomato salsa over red pepper cream. Served with Mexican ratatouille & Spanish rice
  • Third Course: Mango & Raspberry Sundae – Mango sorbet with fresh raspberries, whipped cream & chopped pistachios or Dessert Tacos – Crisp sugar shells filled with dark and white chocolate mousse with marinated strawberries

Coronado Café will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $17.95 per person, including:

  • First Course: Tomato & Basil Bisque or Mother’s Day Salad – Spring lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, mandarin oranges, toasted pecans & apple cider dressing or Papaya & Mango Cocktail – With yogurt topping and pomegranate seeds
  • Second Course: Medallions of Beef Princess Kate – Twin medallions topped with asparagus tips and Choron sauce over a mushroom Zinfandel sauce with rice pilaf and green beans or Grilled Fillet of Trout Parmesan – Lightly grilled in lemon butter with Parmesan bread crumbs, bay shrimp & tomato relish. Served with whipped potatoes and green beans or Shrimp Louis Salad – Chilled shrimp with chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, asparagus tips, black olives and classic Louis dressing

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary bottle of the wine of the month for every two people from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. for $49 per person, including:

  • First Course: Osso Bucco Ravioli – Braised veal ragu with mushroom Alfredo sauce or Insalata di Mamma – Baby mozzarella and Campari tomatoes served on a bed of baby lettuce and basil leaves, drizzled with basil oil & balsamic dressing or Tomato & Basil Bisque – With crème fraiche or Asparagus & Prosciutto Crostini – Grilled asparagus tips with crispy prosciutto & ricotta cheese on crostini, drizzled with golden balsamic glaze
