CELEBRATE LUCK OF THE IRISH AT RICE & COMPANY
Get Lucky in Vegas with the “Lucky Roll”

It’s everyone’s lucky day in Las Vegas as Danny Chen, Executive Chef of the Far East Asian bistro Rice & Company, celebrates the Irish tradition with the introduction of the “Lucky Roll” served during the month of March to honor St. Patrick’s Day at Luxor Hotel and Casino.

Diners will feel fortunate when they order the “Lucky Roll,” a tasty concoction made with crab mix, shrimp, avocado, asparagus and carrots.  The festive roll is wrapped in green with fresh cucumber, and finished off with a touch of spicy plum sauce.
