Taking place at The Pool, guests, tourists and locals are welcome to celebrate Independence Day with a special Backyard BBQ, featuring a unique menu with traditional BBQ favorites and live music from the energetic 80s new-wave band, The Spazmatics.
The Backyard BBQ Menu Includes:
- Veggie Skewer ($18)
- Grilled corn on the cob with white cheddar aioli, cotija cheese, cilantro
- BBQ Skewer- choice of chicken or steak ($12)
- Chicken and andouille sausage skewer- pepper, onion, creole BBQ sauce
- Steak Skewer- green onion, summer squash, Japanese BBQ sauce
Entry into Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Backyard BBQ is free for resorts guests and $40 for non-resorts guests.
