Baja Miguel’s: available from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., $27.95 per person.
- First course: Baja Salad Bowl, baby greens with teardrop tomatoes, black olives, diced jicama and salsa cream dressing or Chicken Tortilla Soup, Shrimp and Mango Salad, Baja shrimp folded with mangos in a lime and honey cream served in a crisp tortilla cup
- Second course: Sablefish Margarita, Baja seasoned and pan seared fillet of sablefish coated in tequila and lime cream with pomegranate seeds or Pollo Relleno California, sauteed with Jalapeño bacon wrapped chicken breast with poblano peppers and Monterey jack cheese over tomatillo sauced with sliced avocado and sour cream or Chipotle and Honey Glazed Ham, fire roasted with sweet and spicy glaze served with Elote, green beans and a corn muffin
