Celebrate Easter at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa on Sunday, April 20 with delicious pre-fixe menus served all day Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Café, Don Vito’s, Garden Buffet, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steakhouse. Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary margarita or glass of wine from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. for $28.95 per person, including:
- First Course: Baja’s Wedge Salad – Iceberg lettuce wedge with diced tomatoes, green onions, diced jicama, black olives with avocado cream dressing & crisp tortilla strips or Chicken Tortilla Soup – A traditional favorite with chicken or Shrimp & Mango Salad – Poached shrimp folded with mangos in a lime & honey cream. Served in crisp tortilla cup
- Second Course: Branzino Margarita – Baja seasoned & pan seared fillet of branzino coated with tequila & lime cream with pomegranate seeds or Pollo Relleno California – Sautéed jalapeño bacon wrapped chicken breast with poblano peppers & Monterey Jack cheese over tomatillo sauce with sliced avocado & sour cream or Chipotle & Honey Glazed Ham – Fire roasted with sweet & spicy glaze. Served with elote, green beans & a corn muffin

Coronado Café will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $18.95 per person, including:
- First Course: Cream of Asparagus Soup or Spring Salad Bowl – Seasonal lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, diced cucumber, shredded carrots, Green Goddess dressing & toasted croutons
- Second Course: Roast Leg of Spring Lamb – With lamb jus & apple mint jelly or Grilled Fillet of Trout – Grilled trout with lime butter & topped with tomato, mango & red onion salsa

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course meal with a complimentary bottle of the wine of the month for every two people from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $49 per person, including:
- First Course: Seafood Cannelloni – Pasta sheets folded with shrimp & scallops in a cream sauce & topped with Pompadour sauce & melted mozzarella cheese or Pasta e Fagioli – Pasta & white bean soup or Asparagus & Tomato Salad – Spring asparagus & Capri tomatoes with crumbled feta cheese & balsamic vinaigrette with a crisp crostini.
- Second Course: Chicken Vesuvio – Freshly roasted free-range chicken breast with diced potatoes, garden peas, red onions, fresh herbs & lemon with chicken jus. Served with broccolini & roasted garlic mashed potatoes or Seared Branzino Nicoise – Pan seared fillets served over Mediterranean Pomodoro sauce with diced zucchini, green olives & capers.
