Catch the adrenaline-fueled Monster Energy Supercross Finals at Sam Boyd Stadium on May 4
World’s most talented endurance athletes compete for acclaimed Supercross Champion title
The 17-race Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, brings the most competitive and highest-profile motorcycle racing championship season to an end at Sam Boyd Stadium on Saturday, May 4, 2019.
As the most competitive and highest-profile off-road motorcycle racing championship in the world, Monster Energy Supercross has entertained millions of fans for 44 years. The 2019 season has been one of the most exciting in recent history as Red Bull KTM’s Cooper Webb has completely taken the premiere class by surprise and is the current points-leader with teammate Marvin Musquin and Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac closely behind. Monster Energy /Yamaha Factory Racing’s Justin Barcia has a win on the season as does Blake Baggett. Marvin Musquin has two wins and top contenders Ken Roczen, Cole Seely and a host of others are still vying for their first win of the season.
All eyes will be on the rookie class as they strive to finish the season strong and mix up the competitive points chase. Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Joey Savatgy, JGRMX/Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing’s Justin Hill and Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Zach Osborne could all potentially still win this season and will be lining up in Las Vegas to prove why they have been promoted to the premiere class.
This year’s FanFest experience provides fans an even more festival-like atmosphere, spanning 14 acres, that opens at noon on race day. FanFest has something for everyone with experiential activations, autograph sessions, a Supercross Virtual Reality experience and more, while allowing fans in-and-out access to the track to watch practice and qualifying if they so choose.
