Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar at Caesars Palace, Clique Hospitality’s new caviar bar and live rock ‘n’ roll speakeasy, will start February off right with a luxurious Big Game viewing party on Sunday, Feb. 9; and an unforgettable Valentine’s Day edition of Caviar Karaoke on Thursday, Feb. 13. Caspian’s is turning up the volume on Big Game Sunday, cranking the energy to full throttle with doors opening at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9. While catching every adrenaline-pumping play, fans can feast like rockstars on Caspian’s legendary menu including the Caspian’s Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip and served with Pringles for a rebellious twist; crispy potato latkes with whipped crème fraîche and caviar; and mini Maine lobster rolls, topped with caviar. Behind the bar, master mixologists will be serving up liquid gold with signature cocktails that hit all the right notes. Sip on the bold “Fig”ure of Your Imagination, let loose with Feet in the Sand or go chic with Modern Glam, among other electrifying options. For a VIP-style experience, guests can reserve a table package featuring personal TV rentals, starting at just $125 per person food and beverage minimum. Caesars On Demand food service will be available to seated guests through QR codes on the tables and bar, offering delivery from various Caesars food outlets. Delivery from outside outlets will not count towards minimum table spends.
Love will take center stage ahead of Valentine’s Day with a “Valentine’s Love Song” edition of the speakeasy’s signature Caviar Karaoke for a rock-fueled twist on romance on Thursday, Feb. 13, kicking off at 8 p.m. with live karaoke at 10:30 p.m. Whether madly in love, gloriously single or looking for a rockin’ night out, guests can grab the mic and belt out their favorite rock ‘n’ roll love ballads and heartbreak anthems, backed by Milk Men.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at 10 p.m. nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
