CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, has expanded its hours of operation, and is now open from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. daily. Created by celebrated restaurateur, Michael Morton, CRUSH presents American classics, from steaks and seafood to woodfired pizzas and pasta, paired with playful handcrafted cocktails and a diverse wine list.
Setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience, CRUSH brings the natural beauty of the outdoors inside to a dining room and bar abuzz with energy. Oversized booths invite long dinners and the bar is an ideal meeting spot ahead of concerts, shows and unforgettable nights on the Las Vegas Strip.
Executive Chef William DeMarco elevates American classics, including ahi tuna stacked with passion fruit, golden beets and topped with pistachios, priced at $21; cheesesteak dumplings filled with onion purée and cheese fondue, priced at $19; woodfired grilled chicken pizza with roasted garlic and arugula, priced at $21; ricotta gnocchi with braised short rib and pea purée, priced at $36; 8-ounce filet mignon, topped with blue cheese fondue over a bed of fingerling potatoes and sweet onions, priced at $65; and Chilean sea bass with braised kale and tomato chutney, priced at $44.
Delightful wines and playfully handcrafted cocktails keep spirits high and enhance the flavorful cuisine. Signature cocktails include the Punch, Drunk Love made with mint-infused Spring 44 gin, Lillet Rosé, fresh watermelon juice and fresh lime juice, priced at $15; and barrel-aged old fashioned featuring Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve bourbon, Heering cherry liqueur and Solerno blood orange liqueur, priced at $18.
