Cabo Wabo Cantina Will Roll Out Irresistible Burrito Creations for National Burrito Day

 Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will wrap diners up in flavor for National Burrito Day. The Strip-side cantina will roll out two specialty offerings – a bold seafood burrito for lunch and dinner, and a savory Meat Lover’s breakfast burrito, available exclusively from Thursday, March 27 to Thursday, April 3.

Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland has created two specialty offerings for the foodie holiday, including a Seafood Burrito packed with shrimp, crab and lobster, smothered in a rich chipotle cream sauce made in-house using shallots, garlic, white wine, chipotle chile, cream and Oaxaca cheese. The burrito will be garnished with fresh tomatoes, cilantro and Fresno chile, priced at $28.95

For a hearty morning bite, the Meat Lover’s Breakfast Burrito will be packed with flavors to kickstart anyone’s day. The indulgent burrito will feature a warm flour tortilla stuffed with crispy bacon, sausage, chorizo, scrambled eggs, potatoes, mixed cheese, crema Mexicana, árbol salsa and avocado. To add even more flavor, the burrito will be wrapped in crispy bacon and served with a side of queso sauce, priced at $19.95.

Burrito enthusiasts may also enjoy any of Cabo Wabo’s signature burritos, like the California burrito filled with a choice of carne asada or chicken al carbon, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, queso sauce, salsa arbol, french fries tossed in chimichurri and a mix of cheeses for $25.95; or the lighter Go Green Burrito made with grilled chicken breast, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, chipotle aioli, served with blue corn chips & jalapeno-ranch dipping sauce for $22.95. Guests can also build their own burrito by stuffing a fresh flour tortilla with their choice of beef short rib, mushroom and veggie, chicken al carbon, carnitas or carne asada alongside popular ingredients like beans, tomato, salsa arbol, onions and a blend of cheeses.
