OU Kosher Certified Restaurant Enlists Master Mixologist to Curate Libations, Introduces Jewish-fusion Bites

What: Burnt Offerings, Nevada’s only OU Kosher restaurant, is launching its first-ever happy hour menu consisting of imported beers by the bottle, red and white sangrias, handcrafted cocktails, and a chef-driven, small bites menu. Nadine brings her knowledge of sake and wine to Burnt Offerings as she rolls out a kosher-friendly cocktail menu consisting of whimsical aperitifs including the All Beets Are Off cocktail ($7) featuring intense flavors of ginger, fresh beet juice, hint of citrus and aromatizing Moran Lychee wine, and the Sake Colada cocktail ($7) featuring tropical flavors of pineapple, coconut and Hana Pineapple sake. On the small bites menu, diners will find Jewish-fusion inspired dishes including a Deep Fried Matzo Ball ($3), Black Angus USDA Beef Sliders ($5), and Chopped BBQ Brisket Nachos ($7).
