Bratalian by Chef Carla Pellegrino Offers Brunch, Live Entertainment & Extended Hours
Bratalian Neopolitan Restaurant, known for its authentic Italian hospitality, now hosts weekend brunches, live entertainment and extended hours.
In addition to the cantina being opened daily for dinner, award-winning Chef Carla Pellegrino now offers both breakfast and brunch on weekends. The delectable breakfast menu, prepared with a French flair, is available from 9a.m. to 5p.m. and brunch from 1 to 5p.m. Friday through Sunday. The unique breakfast menu also includes bottomless mimosas and a full bar open during brunch and dinner hours. A few of the featured specialty items to enjoy from Chef Carla Pellegrino’s brunch menu include:
- The Shrek Skillet – Basquaise style roasted potatoes, Champignon mushrooms, spinach, Italian sausage, smoked Gouda cheese, Bacon strips, with three sunny side up or scrambled eggs.
- The Steak & Eggs – 7oz Skirt Steak topped with a sunny side up egg, grand-mere garniture, sautéed Champignons mushrooms, bacon lardoons, caramelized pearl onions, and green salad.
- Linguine with Shrimp with Arugula & Cherry Tomatoes– Linguine in Shrimp, grape tomatoes and arugula lettuce light white wine and EV olive oil sauce.
- Chicken Breast Cordon Blu and Waffles – Breaded chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham, friend in clarified butter over fresh made buttermilk and cream waffles, Vermont Maple syrup, Chantilly cream and fresh fruit salad.
Patrons may also enjoy live entertainment during Saturday dining from 8p.m. to 11p.m., which include soulful and jazz sounds by local artists, Cameron Calloway, featured on July 9, and Noelle Chiodo on July 23.
Chef Carla Pellegrino is known around the world for her culinary expertise. Covering both coasts, Pellegrino is currently the Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina in Las Vegas. The dynamic chef, who was previously the Executive Chef and owner of Rao’s Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, has been featured in numerous national media outlets, including: “The Today Show,” “CBS This Morning,” “Fox News,” “Bon Appetit” and “Food & Wine” magazine. Pellegrino’s restaurant, Bratalian, was named “Best New Restaurant,” while her restaurant, Bacio, was named “Best Italian Restaurant,” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards in 2011.
