Two free viewing parties will be held in the Dauphine and Bienville ballrooms, with doors opening at 1 p.m. Concession specials include hot dogs, pizza by the slice, chicken wings by the dozen, nachos, beer specials and more – all for under $10 each!

Canal Street will serve romantic dinners for two with prix fixe menu options for Valentine’s Day. Start with choice of chicken consommé or baby green salad for each guest, then select chateaubriand for two for $85 or a seafood medley for two for $75. Finish the meal with chocolate heart cake for two. Served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Prime Rib Loft will serve two prix fixe menu options for Valentine’s Day. The meal starts with “Heart of Mine,” a puff pastry filled with sundried tomatoes, chicken breast and feta cheese; then select either roasted garlic tomato soup or a lettuce wedge salad. Entrée selections include twin broiled lobster tails for $50, or a “Land and Sea” combination of filet mignon and jumbo shrimp for $45. Finish the meal with heart-shaped chocolate ganache cake. Served 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Coasta Cantina will offer two special prix fixe menu items for Valentine’s Day. Start with a guacamole bite, then select lentil soup or a Coasta Cantina salad. Entrees include chicken agave for $16, or salmon con camaron for $17. Finish the meal with fruita con crema. Served 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Celebrate football all weekend long from January 30-February 1! Start the weekend with an autograph from Bob Lilly, legendary defensive lineman for Dallas, or Cliff Branch, star wide receiver for Oakland. Finish the meal with a banana crepe or strawberry shortcake.

Downtown Las Vegas’ sensational new restaurant California Noodle House will serve a special Valentine’s Day menu item: roasted shrimp with garlic noodles for $22. The dish tosses roasted shrimp with soy, butter, parmesan and herbs on top of wheat noodles accompanied by mushrooms, snow peas and garlic sauce. Served 5 p.m. – midnight.

Redwood Bar and Grill will serve a prix fixe menu item for $35 on Valentine’s Day. Start the meal with soup or salad, then select either grilled Thai salmon and shrimp, or a filet of salmon marinated with fresh chilies. Both are served with choice of risotto, baked potato, rice pilaf or white rice. For dessert, savor a strawberry swirl cheese cake. Served 5:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Market Street Café will serve two special menu items on Valentine’s Day. Enjoy Steak Pizzaiola, a lightly-seasoned tenderloin pan-seared in white wine butter-flavored sauce, for $13.99 or strawberry Dijon-glazed salmon for $11.99. Items will be served from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
