Fine dining destination MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer a delectable, three-course Mother’s Day special for $75 per person on Sunday, May 8 from 3 p.m. to close. The meal will start with a MRKT chopped salad with chopped romaine lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles, smoked bacon, tomatoes, avocado and white French dressing. For the main course, guests can enjoy filet and crab served with lump crab cream sauce and mashed potatoes. Treat mom to a slice of New York cheesecake with fresh strawberries for dessert. Aliante’s Bistro 57 will offer an Italian-inspired, three-course special on Mother’s Day for $48 per person from 3 p.m. to close. The first-course features fried green tomato caprese with breaded and fried, thick-sliced green tomatoes and sliced buffalo mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze and pesto sauce. The main course features chicken and shrimp carbonara with seared chicken breast, gulf shrimp, cream, tomatoes, bacon and Romano cheese tossed with linguini pasta. FARM at Aliante is serving up a three-course Mother’s Day special for $13.99 per person available all day on Sunday, May 8. Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will offer a special all-you-can-eat experience on Mother’s Day, featuring multiple savory and sweet options, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for $45 for adults and $25 for kids ages 10 and under. Carve Prime Rib will serve smoked salmon and bagels with assorted cream cheeses, snow crab legs, seafood martini cocktails, peel and eat shrimp cocktails, filet mignon tips and roasted fingerling potatoes. Carve will also serve the fresh catch of the day, roasted herb chicken chops, roasted asparagus, lobster cake eggs benedict, truffle tater tots, bacon and sausage, croissant French toast, fresh berries, a chef’s choice of mini desserts station and much more. Cannery’s Victory’s Café will serve a flavorful three-course Mother’s Day special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $19.99 per person. The special comes with the choice of soup or salad as the starter. For the main entrée, guests can enjoy seared Atlantic salmon topped with a shrimp skewer and served with fingerling-roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables and lemon butter sauce. Strawberry shortcake will be served for dessert.

Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will offer a memorable Mother’s Day dinner menu on Sunday, May 8 from 4 p.m. to close for $60 per person. The dining experience will begin with a shrimp cocktail as a starter. Guests will also have the choice of lobster bisque or a very berry salad with honey crisp apples, assorted berries, bleu cheese, sundried cranberries, candied walnuts and raspberry balsamic dressing. The main entrée will feature Oscar-style petit filets topped with crab, white asparagus and béarnaise sauce served with creamy, cheesy grits and Parisienne cut vegetables. As a starter, guests can enjoy a house wedge salad with chilled iceberg lettuce, smoked bacon, tomatoes, diced red onion, bleu cheese dressing, sweet balsamic reduction and crispy onions. The main entrée will feature the Bailiwick Sampler that includes a petit filet with bordelaise sauce, tempura shrimp tossed in sweet chili mango habanero aioli and root beer-glazed spare ribs. The Orleans’ Copper Whisk Café will be serving a three-course Mother’s Day special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $20.99 per person. The Mother’s Day special will start with the choice of soup du jour or a house salad. The Copper Whisk Combo will be served as the main entrée, featuring New York steak and fire-roasted salmon served with corn relish and au gratin potatoes. A fresh fruit tart will be served for dessert.

Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer a decadent Mother’s Day special on Sunday, May 8 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $48 per person. Guests can start their dinner with the choice of soup du jour, or a house or Caesar salad. For the main course, guests will choose one of two options. The first option is a filet and shrimp combo, featuring broiled, center-cut filet of beef and two sautéed shrimp over crostini. The second option is a lump crab-stuffed sole baked in lemon garlic butter and wilted greens. Guests can end the meal with strawberry-covered cheesecake with fresh cream. Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s fine dining restaurant SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar will offer scrumptious Mother’s Day menu options available on May 8 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The first Mother’s Day menu special is the lobster ravioli with pink lobster cream sauce and watercress for $38 per person. Guests can also enjoy the crab and lobster-stuffed Alaskan halibut served with creamy saffron risotto for $46 per person. SC Prime will also serve its regular menu.

90 NINETY Bar + Grill at Suncoast is serving up a delicious Mother’s Day special for $36.95 per person from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The special features a seared sea bass served with asparagus, baby carrots, broccolini, fingerling potatoes and beurre blanc. 90 NINETY will also serve its regular menu.

 

On Mother’s Day, Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will serve a tantalizing special for $18.99 per person. The special features Parmesan-crusted sole served with cilantro lime jasmine rice, corn and fresh garden vegetables. Du-par’s will also serve its regular menu.

The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will serve delectable three-course Mother’s Day menu options on Sunday, May 8 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests can enjoy the Surf and Turf entrée, featuring a seven-ounce filet mignon and sautéed tiger shrimp served with buttery mashed potatoes and the chef’s selection of fresh vegetable for $59 per person. Another menu option is the Tropical Mahi Mahi that includes an eight-ounce, butter-broiled fresh filet served with pineapple, onion and red pepper relish, sautéed broccolini and smashed fingerling potatoes for $49 per person. Both menu options come with an Angry Bucher house salad and chocolate decadence for dessert.

California Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination Redwood Steakhouse will serve an exquisite, four-course Mother’s Day menu on Sunday, May 8 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $70 per person. The meal will begin with a spring spinach salad with baby spinach, goat cheese, seasonal berries, mandarin segments and champagne vinaigrette. The appetizer will feature a seared diver scallop with citrus beurre blanc and enoki mushrooms. For the main entrée, guests will be served a pan-seared Creekstone Farms filet basted with herbs and brown butter, and crab-stuffed shrimp served with truffled potato puree. A spring berry parfait with berry coulis and vanilla crème will be served for dessert.

Garden Court at Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel will serve a variety of tasty options on Mother’s Day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for $38.99 per person (or $36.99 per person for Emerald Boyd Rewards members and above). Garden Court will offer a carving station with hand-carved prime rib, roasted turkey breast, baked ham with brown sugar and mustard glaze and smoked pork loin with mustard sauce. Diners can enjoy Asian specialties like crispy orange peel chicken, vegetable spring rolls, spiced XO green beans and ginger garlic noodles. At the salad bar, diners can choose from hearts of palm salad, mozzarella and cherry tomato salad, roasted beet and arugula salad, peel and eat shrimp cocktail and smoked salmon, bagels and traditional garniture. Additional options include tortellini and shrimp primavera, herb-roasted salmon over spinach, classic eggs benedict, a pancake station with fresh fruit, compotes and warm syrups, cheese blintzes with berry compote and honey bourbon chicken. The southern station features fried chicken, shrimp jambalaya and sautéed clams with chorizo sausage. Guests can also enjoy Mexican specialties like chicken and beef fajitas. Guests can also delight in a variety of desserts, including an assortment of mini pastries, bread pudding and warm rum sauce, warm cinnamon rolls, cakes, pies and other sweets. Children between the ages of four and 10 are half off and children under three are free to dine at Garden Court.
