Boyd Gaming properties across southern Nevada invite diners to gather and give thanks this Thanksgiving with traditional holiday fare and seasonal flavors on Thursday, November 23.

Highlighted Holiday Menus and Specials:
4 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Bistro 57 is serving up an Italian-inspired Thanksgiving Day special for $35 per person. The special features a classic Italian salad to start followed by an Italian herb roasted turkey with green beans, Italian sausage stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, and a rich herb giblet gravy to top it off. Diners can delight in a pumpkin panna cotta for dessert.
11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
FARM is serving up a three-course dinner special for $25.99 per person. The meal will include a house salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. The main course features oven-roasted turkey breast served with cranberry apple stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy and green bean casserole. For dessert, guests can enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie.
3 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Diners can enjoy a savory Thanksgiving meal for $55 per person consisting of sliced roasted turkey breast with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, savory cranberry stuffing, sautéed green beans and baby carrots. The meal will also be served with an autumn arugula salad and pumpkin inspired dessert.
5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Redwood Steakhouse will serve a memorable Thanksgiving dining experience for $70 per person. The Thanksgiving Day menu includes a potato-leek soup to start. The main entrée features an oven-roasted turkey with sausage cranberry stuffing, pecan candied yams, giblet gravy, sautéed green beans and butter mashed potatoes. Diners have their choice of apple crumb pie or pumpkin pie with cinnamon spiced crème anglaise for dessert.

For $39 per person, diners can indulge in a three-course traditional Thanksgiving dinner special. To start, restaurant-goers can choose between pumpkin bisque or a dinner salad with winter greens, toasted walnuts, sun-dried cranberries and strawberry vinaigrette. The entrée will include a traditional roast turkey dinner with sliced turkey breast, pan gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans almondine and cranberry sauce. To round out the savory meal, guests can choose between a slice of pecan pie or pumpkin pie served with Chantilly whipped cream.

Victory’s Café will serve a mouthwatering three-course holiday dinner for $21.99 per person. To begin, foodies can choose between the cream of mushroom soup or a dinner salad. For the main entrée, guests can also choose between sliced turkey breast or brown sugar baked ham, both served with bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, vegetable medley and cranberry sauce. Finally, a slice of pumpkin or apple pie served with ice cream and Chantilly whipped cream will round out the meal.

For $45 per person, Cornerstone will offer a number of choices for guests to pick and choose their perfect holiday meal. To start, guests can choose between the butternut squash bisque, Caesar salad or house salad. One main entrée option is the traditional roasted tom turkey dinner served with sage dressing, glazed yams, Yukon mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and house-made cranberry sauce. Another main entrée option is the pan-seared halibut served with baby spinach, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and a lemon buttercream sauce. Guests can top off the savory meal with a creamy pumpkin cheesecake. Reservations are highly recommended.

For just $15.99 per person, the Thanksgiving special includes sliced roasted turkey breast, bread stuffing, buttery mashed potatoes with gravy, candied yams, green beans and pumpkin pie for dessert. Guests can also order the Thanksgiving dinner to-go for $17.99

8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Diners looking for a wide array of options can enjoy the various offerings of Garden Court. Those looking for a traditional Thanksgiving meal can enjoy the carving station with prime rib, fresh sage and butter roasted turkey breast, roasted ham and sides of sweet potato and pecan casserole, rosemary and sage stuffing and more. Guests can also delight in a variety of desserts, including bread pudding with warm rum sauce and a variety of other pastries and treats. Entry to Garden Court is $44 per adult, half-off for children ages 4-10 and free for children three and under. Special pricing is available for Boyd Rewards Emerald and above cardholders and their families.

Alder & Birch will offer a four-course special for $55 per person. To start, guests can enjoy lump crab napoleon with seasoned tomato, avocado, sour cream, horseradish flavored crab, microgreens, and cilantro and lime vinaigrette. Diners can then choose from the butternut squash soup or festive fall salad. The main entrée features roast turkey served alongside sage dressing with dried fruits, haricot verts, Parisienne carrots, glazed yams, and mashed potatoes with giblet gravy. A pumpkin tiramisu with salted caramel sauce and fresh berries will be served for dessert. Reservations are strongly recommended.
2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
The Orleans will offer a scrumptious four-course special for $36 per person. As a starter, diners will be served fresh bruschetta with apple crostini topped with fig jam, Pecorino Romano and microgreens. The special also includes the choice of a Bailiwick salad or butternut squash soup. The main entrée features sliced turkey breast served over apple, pine nut and dried fruit sage dressing, and is paired with fresh candied yams, seasonal vegetables and house-made cranberry sauce. To end the meal, diners can enjoy a pumpkin apple strudel with a Grand Marnier vanilla sauce.
11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Enjoy a hearty Thanksgiving meal for $22 per person with a choice of house salad or cream of asparagus soup to start. Diners can also choose between grilled salmon served with smoked honey and red peppercorn glaze, wild rice and green been almondine, or the traditional turkey dinner for their main meal. Pumpkin pie with Chantilly cream will be served for dessert. The Thanksgiving specials are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sam’s Town Hotel & Gaming Hall
5 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Guests at The Angry Butcher can enjoy one of two delicious dinner features, like the butcher turkey dinner for $49 or the roasted ham dinner for $46. Both dining options are served with sage stuffing, butter whipped potatoes, giblet gravy, citrus baked sweet potatoes, French green beans and cranberry compote and a winter salad. To conclude the indulgent meal, enjoy a choice of pumpkin or pecan pie topped with whipped cream. Space is extremely limited, and reservations are highly recommended.
For those looking to enjoy the holiday from home, try a family feast to-go for $149. The 8–10 person meal features a traditional slow-roasted Thanksgiving turkey basted with butter and sage. Sides include mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, baked sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and a whole pumpkin pie. Pre-paid orders are required by calling 702.456.777 before November 17 with pickup on Thursday, November 23 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Diners can dig into 90 NINETY’s Thanksgiving special with turkey meatloaf medallions served with gravy, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, Italian sausage and sage stuffing, cranberry compote and sautéed haricot verts – all for $24.99. Reservations are recommended.

Fan-favorite restaurant Du-par’s will serve a traditional turkey dinner special for $24.99 per person. The special, which is available for dine-in only, features oven-roasted turkey with cranberry stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, giblet turkey gravy, candied yams with marshmallows and pan-fried garden vegetables. The special also includes a slice of Du-par’s pecan or apple crumble pie. Du-par’s regular menu will also be available.
