Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca to Host
a Bountiful Thanksgiving Feast
Restaurant at Green Valley Ranch to celebrate with a lavish prix fixe menu
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, will celebrate Thanksgiving in the restaurant’s vibrant Tuscan atmosphere with a bountiful prix fixe menu. Priced at $85 per person, the special holiday meal will be available from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 28. Reservations are recommended and can be made here.
The festive three-course journey will begin with an appetizer of zuppa di zucca, a butternut squash soup served with warm bruschetta bread. Guests can then select from a traditional organic turkey dinner featuring herb butter-roasted white and dark meat, sausage apple stuffing, mashed potatoes, lemon garlic string beans and cranberry sauce; or an Italian-inspired entrėe of osso buco, served with parmesan polenta, Italian cabbage and au jus. For dessert, guests can indulge in a decadent homemade pumpkin pie served with a scoop of gelato in a flavor of their choice.
The decadent Thanksgiving feast can be enjoyed with red, white, rosė and sparkling wines from Bottiglia’s expansive collection, an assortment of flavorful cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic selections. Bottilgia’s regular menu will also be available throughout the evening.
