Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca to Celebrate Mothers All
Day with Brunch, Dinner and Exceptional Cocktails
Clique Hospitality’s beloved neighborhood restaurant, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at in Henderson, will celebrate Mother’s Day with brunch, dinner and cocktail specials, exclusively on Sunday, May 12.
Bottiglia’s executive chef, Alessandro Capuano, has created a menu of fresh and elegant dishes to make mom’s day as special as she is. For brunch, the special selection includes banana stuffed French toast with mascarpone cream, fresh bananas and brown butter caramel, priced at $20. Moms attending brunch will also receive a complimentary rose and chocolate covered strawberry.
Dinner selections include a special appetizer of zuppa di cozze, a seafood consommé with mussels, clams, shrimp, sea-bass and salmon, paired with Calabrian chilies, spiced fennels and charred rustic bread, priced at $18; an entrée of osso buco, served with Italian cabbage, polenta and au jus, priced at $42; and an entrée of linguine nero, with a white wine sauce, shrimp, calamari, Calabrian peppers and tomato sauce, priced at $36.
Moms can finish off the meal with a sweet treat of Bottiglia’s signature lemon tart with white chocolate mousse and blueberries, priced at $16. Guests can also pair their meals with one of Bottiglia’s specialty libations including the Botanist French 75, crafted with Botanist gin, lemon and champagne, priced at $18; “Persuasion” made with Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, grapefruit and prosecco, priced at $18; and Telmont Champagne, priced at $30 for a 5 oz pour, or $47 for a 9 oz pour.
