DISHES
TO ITS BOUNTIFUL BORDER BRUNCH
Border Grill Las Vegas introduces several new enticing dishes to its beloved Border Brunch menu. This popular dining experience is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm inside the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
“Border Brunch has become a staple here in Vegas,” says Chris Keating, the new executive chef of Border Grill Las Vegas. “It’s such a popular favorite for those in the know. I like to think of it as a tasting menu where guests can experience Border Grill’s bold, vivid, and fresh flavors in made to order unlimited small plates. Throw in some bottomless mimosas and specialty cocktails to enjoy poolside, and it doesn’t get much better than that.”
Border Brunch dishes are served as free-flowing small plates designed to enjoy at the table for a delightful morning-after experience. The updated brunch menu includes distinctive Border Grill-style fare with an emphasis on comfort, such as Bananas Foster Crepes (cajeta, tequila infused maple glaze, horchata foam, canela), Fried Green Tomatillos (triple cream brie, hominy grits, spicy romesco smoked chile hollandaise, pepper bacon), Bacon and Egg Quesadilla (scrambled eggs, chipotle aioli, spinach, mexican cheeses), Smoked Salmon Slider (house smoked tequila cured salmon, jalapeño bacon, grilled frisee smoked goat cheese mousse, aji amarillo coulis) and much more.
In addition to these zesty new items, the menu also features Border Grill’s signature drink specials; including specialty coffee drinks, refreshing juices and hand-crafted cocktails including five different flavors of Margaritas, Border Bloody Maria, Border Bacon Mary and Michelada which range in price from $3 – $12. The cost of the unlimited Border Brunch is $35 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). For only $10 more guests can add free-flowing mimosas – to splash some vitamin c into this bountiful meal.
