WHAT: Join Border Grill Las Vegas inside Mandalay Bay for a night of tequila-filled fun as the restaurant hosts an exceptional tequila dinner, featuring Hornitos Tequila. Made from 100% blue agave, Hornitos Tequila keeps Don Francisco Javier Sauza’s legacy alive, using the same high standards to cultivate the most flavorful agaves and develop premium tequilas that everyone can enjoy.
Guests will also be treated to an authentic Mexican fiesta, complete with a cocktail reception and multi-course dinner prepared by Jamaal Taherzadeh, the new executive chef of Border Grill’s Mandalay Bay location. Taherzadeh joins the Border Grill team with over a decade of culinary experience. Originally hailing from Texas, he began honing his culinary skills and studying the preparation of Mexican cuisine at Ciudad C.F. in Dallas. No stranger to the Las Vegas Strip, Taherzadeh has held several positions inside the world class culinary destination throughout his career, including Nobu at Caesars Palace and Kerry Simon Las Vegas.
