On Wednesday, April 16 at 6 p.m., Bistecca will host an exclusive four-course wine dinner featuring the bold and expressive wines of Orin Swift Cellars. The evening’s menu includes Lobster Arancini with caviar and lobster bisque paired with Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a Grilled Cabbage N’duja Salad with duck confit and whipped feta complemented by Abstract Red Blend. Guests will begin with a fresh Strawberry Salad featuring butter lettuce, candied maple walnuts, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. The main course is a seasonal Rolled Lamb Shoulder accompanied by garlic and rosemary braised potatoes and topped with mint béarnaise. To finish, diners will enjoy a festive Easter Sundae crafted with pistachio gelato, Luxardo cherries, candied pistachios, biscotti, and Maldon salt.

In addition to its seasonal events, Bistecca has debuted a new Weekend Brunch, available every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu offers a luxurious twist on brunch favorites, blending Italian flair with comforting classics.
