Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Big Kenny and John Rich began their music careers in the late 90’s and released their first album, Horse of a Different Color, in 2004. Their biggest hits include “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy),” “8th of November,” and “Lost in this Moment.”
Big and Rich have been nominated for Country Music Association Awards Vocal Duo of the Year, American Country Music Awards Top Vocal Duo and Country Music Television Music Awards Duo Video of the Year for “That’s Why I Pray.” Big and Rich also received a Ride of Fame in New York City in 2014. The Ride of Fame included several mobile monuments honoring public figures.
