Downtown Las Vegas will shine brighter than ever as Circa Resort & Casino ushers in 2025 with unforgettable celebrations. Transforming into downtown’s ultimate New Year’s Eve destination, locals and visitors alike can make the most of the night with “Countdown in the Clouds” at Legacy Club and a specialty menu at Barry’s Downtown Prime.
Countdown in the Clouds at Legacy Club
Legacy Club is inviting guests to soar above Las Vegas with its “Countdown in the Clouds” New Year’s Eve celebration. Situated atop Circa’s 458-foot hotel tower, this unforgettable night will feature panoramic views of the city’s stunning fireworks displays; hand-crafted cocktails from an open bar; a champagne toast at midnight; and beats from a DJ.
As celebrants bid farewell to another year, Legacy Club will transform for a night of luxury and libations with:
- Dazzling Firework Displays: There’s no better cheers-worthy vantage point of the city’s fireworks than Legacy Club. Attendees can enjoy a cozy glance from inside the luxe lounge or make their way to the outdoor terrace, all with 360-degree views.
- Elevated Elixirs: Drinks will flow freely as guests indulge in unlimited beer, wine, call spirits and select specialty cocktails available at the open bar. As the final seconds of 2024 disappear, glasses of bubbly will be passed to toast the new beginning.
- Sky-High Soundtrack and Photobooth: DJ Chuck Fader, known for electrifying the Las Vegas nightlife scene, will bring his signature blend of genres to the rooftop with a lively soundtrack. Between songs, a photobooth will be ready to capture the perfect moment to remember the year.
- Glittering Attire: As the desert sky illuminates, the attire is called to shine just as bright. Guests are encouraged to dawn shimmering sequins, eye-catching sparkles and show-stopping outfits.
- A VIP Table Experience: Whether it’s a lush indoor booth, a spot on the outdoor terrace or the Legacy Pit by the fireplace, there’s a seat for everyone in the party with VIP tables. Guests can savor in a curated bottle service menu with drinks poured by a dedicated server, along with a party pack filled with New Year’s Eve accessories. VIP table upgrades are available for an additional cost.

Specialty Menu at Barry’s Downtown Prime
Ring in the new year in true opulence at Barry’s Downtown Prime, where guests can indulge in an exclusive specialty menu crafted by Chef Barry S. Dakake. Located on Circa’s 17,000-square-foot basement level, this sophisticated dining experience offers a luxurious setting to bask in the final moments of 2024.
The carefully curated New Year’s Eve menu features a selection of decadent dishes designed to elevate the evening including:
- Lobster Potato Pierogi – Sauteed with melted sweet onions, sour cream and scallions.
- Steak Tartare – A classic combination of beef tenderloin, Dijon, horseradish, quail egg, toasted brioche, shallots and chives.
- Surf & Turf – Filet medallions paired with Maine lobster, truffle aioli, and red wine sauce.
- Colorado Lamb Chops – Parmesan and pine nut crusted with a rosemary red wine sauce.
- Apple Streusel Cheesecake –Tahitian vanilla ice cream on a graham cracker crust, topped with oatmeal streusel, caramel sauce and whipped cream.
- Banana Cream Pie – Bananas on a graham cracker crust and topped with a chocolate pecan crunch and whipped cream.
The specialty $179 prix fixe menu will be available in the dining room, with a selection of these dishes also offered à la carte in the lounge and bar area. From 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., guests can experience the à la carte New Year’s Eve menu throughout the entire dining room. From 6:30 p.m. until close, the main dining room will feature the exclusive prix fixe menu. Meanwhile, the lounge and bar area will serve the à la carte menu all evening, providing guests the flexibility to savor their favorite dishes at any time.
