- Fresh Fish – When it comes to fish and seafood, Nammos follows a timeless principle: fresh always rules. The finest seafood will be flown in daily and prepared with unparalleled flair and timeless style.
- Sushi – The rolls will capture the essence of luxury in one bite. Guests will be transported by an unparalleled ensemble of elegant flavors, a unique Mediterranean-inspired take on an extensive sushi variety served in majestic fashion. Offerings such as maki rolls and sashimi, created with fresh fish and premium Japanese ingredients, create a beautiful presentation that will seduce all the senses.
- Fine Beef Cuts – Vibrant and diverse selections of top-grade beef selections will be available such as A5 Wagyu, Filet Mignon and NY Strip Steak.
- Nammos Specialties – Greek Salad, Prawn “Saganaki,” Mediterranean Platter, Grilled Octopus and Mykonian Meatballs are a sample of other delightful offerings that will be available, with additional dishes still in the works that will surprise and delight the palate.
- Beverage Service – A refined selection of specialty cocktails, premium spirits and hand-selected champagnes and wines will be offered during this exclusive residency experience.

A DJ will set the tone for the evening with a curated soundtrack of iconic pop and club sounds. As the night progresses, guests can expect to hear electrifying vocal performances from talented artists who will appear on various stage platforms throughout the dining room. Dancers and environmental performers also will enhance the environment by creating a chic celebration through exquisite movement, elegant wardrobe and immersive moments that transport guests to the pristine beauty and allure of the Greek Isles.
