Classes led by Bellagio Executive Chef Edmund Wong teach students the steps to preparing a three-course meal
Bellagio Resort & Casino invites guests to put on their chefs’ coats for a hands-on lesson in the culinary arts at An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom, a series of interactive cooking classes led by Bellagio Executive Chef Edmund Wong and his team. During each two-hour session held in Tuscany Kitchen, the AAA Five Diamond resort’s state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, Wong and his talented team will guide students through the preparation of a three-course meal including an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Classes begin Wednesday, April 10 at 7 p.m.* and will be held monthly. Tickets are $95 per person, all-inclusive, and available for purchase online at Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter webpage or by calling Bellagio Concierge at 866-406-7117.
Upon arrival guests will find their personal cooking station prepped with the ingredients and tools necessary to create their meal. Once class gets underway, Wong will provide a step-by-step demonstration while his assisting chefs circulate through the intimate 15-person class providing guidance to students slicing, seasoning and combining ingredients. After each course is fully cooked, participants will taste their creations, paired with a specially selected wine.
