BELLAGIO ANNOUNCES NEW MASTER MIXOLOGY SERIES AT THE VAULT
The godfather of Las Vegas mixology Tony Abou-Ganim to launch program during
one-year anniversary celebration August 22-24
Renowned for establishing the first elevated beverage program in Las Vegas, Bellagio will debut a new Master Mixology Series at The Vault, the resort’s exclusive cocktail club known for premium spirits and exquisite drink presentations. The special events will feature cocktails curated by the world’s most talented bartenders and beverage directors as they showcase the creativity, influence and precision of their masterful creations.
Global bar professional Tony Abou-Ganim will launch the series as part of The Vault’s one-year anniversary August 22-24 from 8 p.m. – midnight. The guest bartending appearance will highlight Abou-Ganim’s longstanding influence on the city’s cocktail scene with an exclusive beverage menu of fan favorites through his storied career. The Master Mixology Series was created in response to the incredible demand for The Vault’s recent cocktail events, which included guest bartenders from some of the world’s most celebrated bars including Handshake Speakeasy, Licorería Limantour, Martiny’s, Shinji’s and Eleven Madison Park, and sets into motion future activations that showcase the resort’s commitment to redefining cocktail culture.

The event also marks a celebratory return for Abou-Ganim, who played a pivotal role in the launch of Bellagio’s cocktail program in 1998, garnering numerous accolades including the Bacardi Martini World Grand Prix in 2002. Known as a cocktail expert, along with creating the iconic Cable Car cocktail, he also has authored acclaimed books such as The Modern Mixologist: Contemporary Classic Cocktails and Vodka Distilled. Abou-Ganim will bring his refined touch to The Vault, where a shared philosophy of premium ingredients and meticulous technique is always on display.
Abou-Ganim will feature his signature cocktails during the event, such as:
- Cable Car: A delightful mix of Koloa Spiced Rum, Marie Brizard Orange Curacao, fresh lemon sour and egg whites, garnished with a spiral of orange on a cinnamon-sugar rimmed coup.
- Sunsplash: Featuring Stoli Ohranj Vodka, Cointreau, fresh orange juice, cranberry juice and fresh lemon sour, served over ice with a slice of orange and a spiral of lemon.
- Tennessee Highball: A refreshing blend of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Whiskey, fresh lemon sour, egg whites, Angostura Orange Bitters, topped with Q Ginger Beer and garnished with slices of orange.
- Primo Margarita: Herradura Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and fresh lemon sour, served with a wedge of lime in a Collins glass.
