July 24, 2024 – Located at the new Durango Casino & Resort, Bel-Aire Lounge, the sophisticated and chic modern cocktail lounge, and Bel-Aire Backyard, the enchanting poolside oasis nestled amongst the palm trees and lush greenery, have revealed their August calendar of events. Highlights for the month include enthralling musical experiences of with “Paradise Fever” and a “We the Beat” takeover at Bel-Aire Lounge, and a Labor Day Sunset Luau at Bel-Aire Backyard. A chic cocktail bar at Durango Casino & Resort in Southwest Las Vegas, Bel-Aire Lounge seamlessly blends sophistication with high energy and old-school glamor with contemporary flair. ● Live music starts on Thursdays at 8 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays at 9 p.m.
● Ladies’ Night: Thursdays
○ Starting at 8 p.m. every Thursday, Bel-Aire Lounge invites ladies in with a complimentary welcome cocktail and encourages them to stay for the soiree, which features a live set from a female DJ and half off the whole bill at the end of the evening.
○ On Thursday, Aug. 1, the lounge will be holding a raffle giving away tickets to Morgan Wallen’s concert at Allegiant Stadium on Friday, Aug. 9 to two lucky ladies throughout the night.
○ Ladies Love Maria: Thursday, Aug. 29
■ Once a month, Bel-Aire Lounge takes Ladies’ night to the next level with a stunning performance from unbeatable local favorite DJ Maria Romano, a passionate DJ who aspires to represent all females and create experiences for partygoers that they will remember well after the night ends. When Maria isn’t behind the booth, guests can dance the night away as the sensational beats of DJ DMTRI ignite the night, setting the mood for an evening of non-stop fun and excitement.

● We the Beat Takeover: Saturday, Aug. 3
○ Join Bel-Aire Lounge in partnership with We the Beat for a night of entertainment on the cutting-edge of music discovery, featuring DJ Halftime Hooper. Starting at 9 p.m., Halftime Hooper will take control of the tables and spin his signature tech-house beats while guests enjoy light bites refreshing cocktails inside the chic lounge. Blending pop and underground culture, the unforgettable night promises to be brimming with innovative beats and electrifying vibes.
● La Casa Groove: Saturday, Aug.17
○ DJ Sax Duo Roger Gangi and Rocco Barbato partner with Pepe Jimenez to take over Bel-Aire Lounge for a night filled with electrifying energy as Rocco and Roger charge the venue with their signature grooves of seamlessly blended saxophone melodies and electronic beats elevated with Pepe’s unparalleled rhythmic style for two 45-minute sets of musical magic.
● Paradise Fever: Friday, Aug. 22
○ Paradise Fever is Bel-Aire Lounge’s immersive music experience dedicated to evoking the spirit of New York City’s most amazing nightlife landmarks from the late 70s & early 80s. Created by music enthusiast and DJ Neek Lopez, Paradise Fever gives guests a heavy dose of the fashion and sounds of the funk and disco era, paired with the invigorating tropical ambiance of Durango’s finest poolside lounge.

○ Every Friday, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Bel-Aire Backyard transforms into a hub of rhythm and energy, welcoming locals and visitors aged 21 and over to revel in house and dance beats while enjoying delicious menu items ranging from light sushi and salad affairs to hearty plates and burgers. It’s an unmissable pool party escape.

● Labor Day Sunset Luau: Friday, Aug. 30
○ Bel-Aire Backyard and Ai Pono Cafe will collaborate to throw the ultimate backyard, summertime luau. Starting at 5 p.m., the poolside paradise will come to life with roaring flames from traditional fire dancers, tiki torches and a pig roast, all set to the tune of reggae beats provided by DJ AD and live music from Kaipo Kapua. The evening’s grand finale will come in the form of a traditional fire knife & Tahitian performance by Tevaknui. Guests can enjoy killer eats alongside their island beats like the roast pork bowl with Ai Pono Jufran Guava Barbecue Sauce, priced at $15; Da “Puerto Rican Cowboy,” a delectable savory combo of Pulehu steak and Patele stew, priced at $18; and Da “Fat Kanak,” a veritable feast for the eyes and stomach brimming with Kalua pork, Lomi salmon, mac salad, squid luau, chicken long rice, haupia and rice, priced at $25. All of these savory items will pair excellently with the limited-time Spiked Punch, a tropical and citrusy cocktail made with Mt. Gay Rum, Cointreau, lemon juice, orgeat and sugar-free watermelon Red Bull, priced at $15.
