ABOUT SCREAMING FEMALES: New Jersey based power punk band Screaming Females are making a detour from their opening duties on the Garbage tour to headline a show at Beauty Bar. The female fronted trio have made a name for themselves endlessly touring and releasing five albums since forming in 2005. There most recent offering, “Ugly” produced by audio engineer mastermind & innovative music veteran Steve Albini proves two things; 1. Pint sized front woman Marissa Paternoster can still unleash a powerful howl and 2. The band can still shred & has been welcomed with open ears by enthusiasts of underground punk & indie scenes. Pack your earplugs! We eagerly await a fantastic performance & welcome them to the Salon of Beauty.
