BetMGM and the Arizona Cardinals debuted the first sportsbook at an NFL stadium earlier today with a ribbon cutting event. Arizona Cardinals Owner Michael Bidwill, BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt, MGM Resorts International CEO & President Bill Hornbuckle and Arizona Governor Doug Ducey marked the occasion showcasing the first look at the new BetMGM Sportsbook at State Farm Stadium.

Greenblatt remarked, “Right from the start, the Arizona Cardinals shared BetMGM’s passion for the pursuit of improving fan experience to breaking down barriers and together this is what we’ve done. I cannot express how historic a day this is here in Glendale, Arizona. The opening of the first sportsbook on an NFL property is truly a milestone event.”

Bidwill commented, “We wanted to make sure that we aligned with world-class partners and we did when we teamed up with BetMGM. Everything quickly came together and we decided we wanted to do something that had never been done before which is to put a sportsbook in the place where the best tailgating is happening in the United States and that’s The Great Lawn right outside the front door.”

Ducey concluded, “I look forward to a great season from the Cardinals. This new offering is an exciting way to get more fans engaged and it’s going to continue to rise to new heights. I believe that the BetMGM Sportsbook will perfectly fit in with the Red Sea, and with that, let’s cut this ribbon.”
