Cadence Car Show Gears Up For October 13 Return
The highly anticipated Cadence Car Show returns to Cadence on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring a variety of classic and modern vehicles, DJ entertainment, food trucks, a 21-and-older beer garden and unparalleled vistas of the Las Vegas Strip.
The family-friendly event is free for all to attend, with complimentary parking available. More than 200 vehicles and their owners will be in attendance, parked around Cadence Central Park. Ten vehicles will be honored as “Best in Show” by a panel of judges and a DJ will kick off the festivities with popular tunes and continue to provide music throughout the day.
“The Cadence Car Show attracted thousands of attendees in its initial three years, creating a unique experience for car lovers in Southern Nevada,” said Cheryl Gowan, vice president of marketing for The LandWell Co., developer of Cadence. “We’re incredibly excited to host the event at Central Park again this year and look forward to seeing neighbors, families, and car enthusiasts join in the fun.”
On the culinary front, a variety of food trucks from across the valley will be on-site with food available for purchase for every taste. The current slate of food trucks, which is subject to change includes a number of Las Vegas Valley staples: Guido Pie, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Love Me Foods, Meowee Wowee, Las Vegas Kettle Corn, Hapahaole’s Hawaiian Street Tacos, Nattie’s Thai Kitchen, Twisted Gelato, Luxe Cheesecakes, and Happy Baby Ice Cream.
For the 21-and-older crowd, And A Beer will serve up various brews in a designated beer garden. The Cadence Car Show is also pet-friendly, meaning leashed canine friends are invited to join, too.
