Announcing PT’s ‘Ultimate Wing Down’ Contest for $2,500
PT’s fourth annual Ultimate Wing Down wing-eating contest is upon us once again, and spectators and wing-eating enthusiasts from the Las Vegas community are encouraged to head to PT’s Ranch, located at 2430 E Pebble Road, on Saturday, August 3 to compete for the cash prizes.
The entry fee for participating in the contest, which prohibits professional competitive eaters, is $10. Registration will start at 11:30 a.m. and the contest will start around 1 p.m. Contestants will have two minutes to eat as many wings as they can. Winners will be determined based on the greatest number of wings consumed as counted by a team of judges. Any ties will be decided by a two-minute “eat off.” Three winners will be awarded, with first place receiving $2,500, second place receiving $1,000 and third place receiving $500.
