 Amaya Modern Mexican, the vibrant new dining destination at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is setting the standard for daytime indulgence on the Las Vegas Strip with the launch of its spirited brunch experience. Inspired by the tropical allure and lively energy of Tulum, Amaya serves up modern coastal Mexican cuisine in a picturesque atmosphere from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Under the direction of Michelin-starred Chef Jason McLeod, the brunch menu showcases fresh, bold flavors with a creative twist on traditional Mexican favorites with an array of breakfast and lunch selections. They include:

Signature brunch cocktails include the refreshing Grapefruit & Sage Mimosa, made with Tanqueray gin, grapefruit juice and prosecco; the Flor de la Pasion Margarita, a fragrant concoction made with blanco tequila, St. Germain, Cointreau, lavender syrup, lemon juice and blueberry puree; and the Diablo’s Michelada, a zesty take on the classic beer cocktail. Refreshing mocktails, made sans liquor, include La Niña, made with Almave, a non-alcoholic blue agave spirit, and fresh pineapple, orange, guava and lime juices; and El Niño, made with Almave, pineapple juice, agave syrup, coconut, strawberry and lime juice.

Amaya is open from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sunday.
