AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop Welcomes Fall
with Signature Seasonal Cocktails
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop at UnCommons, located in Southwest Las Vegas across from the new Durango Casino & Resort, has introduced a collection of expertly crafted cocktails that capture the flavors of the autumn season. Guests can indulge in a variety of refreshing, bold and comforting combinations, each available for $18.
Boasting fall-inspired notes, the Alpine Peak features Bulleit bourbon, Pasubio Amaro, fall spice and apple cider, while the High Fashioned is crafted with Camarena reposado tequila, Amaro Montenegro, Nardini Amaro and cinnamon. Those that prefer lighter flavors can opt for the Baule Del Pirati made with Captain Morgan rum, Vecchio del Capo Amaro, honey, lemon and lime; or the Amore Tesoro featuring Glendalough Rose gin, berries, peaches, honey and lemon.
The flavorful new cocktails can be enjoyed alongside AMARI’s Italian-inspired cuisine such as sesame arancini made with pork sausage, smoked mozzarella and tomato sauce; pizzas such as the spicy calabrese with fior di latte, red onion, oregano and topped with calabrian honey; and decadent pastas such as the squid ink mafaldine with shrimp, capers, garlic, parsley and uni-tomato butter.
Set on UnCommons vibrant campus, AMARI is open from 3 to 5:30 p.m. daily for happy hour, from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday for dinner, and noon to 2:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday for lunch.
