Free Event to Showcase Skills of World’s Top Bartenders, Competing for Largest Prize Pool in Flair Bartending in the Past Decade at $25,000
Bottle flips, speed pours, shaker spins, and more! Allied Esports will host the largest “World Bar Flair Competition” at HyperX Arena Las Vegas on Tuesday, September 10. Fifty flair bartenders from around the globe will perform their best flair bartending tricks for the chance to win a portion of the $25,000 prize pool—the largest in the past decade.
“We’re combining what our city is best known for—entertaining shows, sporting spectacles, and innovative libations—and bringing it all centerstage at HyperX Arena,” said Mark Green, COO of Allied Esports and Allied Gaming & Entertainment. “We know the competing flair bartenders will bring their best, and we invite everyone to witness it firsthand.”
Flair bartending has become a hallmark of Las Vegas and its vibrant nightlife culture. Also known as freestyle bartending, this art form allows beverage artisans to create a unique guest experience through acrobatic techniques like pouring cocktails, twirling bottles, catching glassware and other creative movements simultaneously. Guests are encouraged to cheer on their favorite competitors as they take these performances to the next level. The bartenders with the most impressive flair will earn a share of the $25,000 prize pool.
The Bar Flair Competition is free and open to the public. Doors open at 8 a.m. for the qualifying rounds, and the competition finals are expected to begin at 8 p.m. Tickets can be reserved here.
