ALL-NEW ROYAL INDIA BISTRO ADDS
A LITTLE SPICE TO RIO ALL-SUITE
HOTEL & CASINO

Royal India Bistro shakes it up with the newly-designed restaurant inside the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Formerly known as the celebrated Gaylord India Restaurant, the restaurant features bold culinary offerings of authentic North Indian cuisine, allowing guests to truly spice up their taste buds.

Emerging as a fresh addition to the Las Vegas dining scene, Royal India Bistro offers a charismatic atmosphere seasoned with modern Indian décor. Rich red textiles, deep wood furnishings and light contemporary upholstery make the newly renovated restaurant an inviting experience, while respecting traditional Indian motifs and imagery throughout its main dining room, lunch buffet area, small bar and lounge, and private dining room that overlooks the pool.

“We’re excited to come back to Las Vegas to offer the same authentic North Indian cuisine in an updated and newly renovated restaurant” says Lovepreet Singh, Catering Manager and Visionary of Royal India Bistro. “We’re focused on and influenced by traditional food preparation techniques, including our 500-degree tandoor clay ovens, ensuring that every dish is individually prepared delivering freshness and quality. Our kitchen cooks with the freshest vegetables, and each dish is infused with warmth using only original spices from India. Come and unfold the most intricate and traditional Indian flavors, here at Royal India Bistro.”

Serving guests every urge, Royal India Bistro offers a lighter and more casual environment to balance the vibrant familiar flavors of Indian cuisine. Respecting Punjabi flavor profiles from texture to taste, the restaurant offers an array of menu options for lunch and dinner. Guests will also find familiar signature favorites in an updated dinner menu including the Goat Masala deliciously spiced in gravy sauce; the Tandoori Shrimp Masala cooked in a mild cream sauce; and the Vegetable Masala in a dry spicy sauce – available a la carte from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Guests may also enjoy happy hour, vegetarian, and prix fixe dinner specialties. The happy hour menu is offered daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the bar with signature small bites such as Aloo Tiki, Vegetable Samosa, and Paneer Pakoras to go with a bevy of cocktail, wine, and imported Premium Indian Beer selections.
