Amaya Modern Mexican Restaurant at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas To Hire Top Hospitality Talent in October
Set to open in January 2025 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Amaya Modern Mexican Restaurant will host a three-day hiring event in October in search of more than 100 dedicated hospitality professionals to join its team. The modern Mexican restaurant will seek individuals driven by a passionate desire to create memorable experiences all while leaving a lasting impression on guests that make them want to return to Amaya time and again.
The in-person hiring events will take place October 20-22 in Point Loma Ballroom (Level 4) at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Interview times are as follows:
- Sunday, October 20: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Monday, October 21: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 22: 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Positions with the potential for on-site interviews and on-the-spot hiring include servers, barbacks, bartenders, hostesses, kitchen staff, line cooks and more. Applicants must be 21 or older for server, bartender and barback positions. Applicants 16 or older are eligible for all other positions.
