Downtown Hotspots Barry’s Downtown Prime, Saginaw’s Delicatessen, 8 East, Jack Pots Coffee and Bacon Nation Dive into Spring and Summer with New Offerings
A taste of downtown Las Vegas: Fremont Street Experience hotspots Circa Resort & Casino and the D Las Vegas have debuted new menu items spanning five of their dining destinations. Guests can try the flavors of spring and summer at culinary hubs such as:
- Barry’s Downtown Prime, is shaking up handcrafted cocktails with You’re a Tomato If and Barbieri Beach alongside menu favorites like the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Organic Fire Chicken at Circa;
- Saginaw’s Delicatessen at Circa is dishing out bold bites around the clock such as Tony’s Lasagna, Marty’s Chicken and Waffles and Watermelon Feta Salad;
- 8 East is fusing tradition with convenience through lunchtime Bento Boxes. Choice of entrées include Thai Sweet Chicken Wings or Sauteed Miso Honey Shrimp, at Circa;
- Jack Pots Coffee is bringing cooler temperatures to Circa with The Frigo, Iced Spanish Latte and The Greenie Smoothie;
- Bacon Nation at the D is tempting diners with the Downtown Daybreak Special and bringing back items by popular demand.

Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa
Circa’s premier steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime is the place to be this season with new cocktails and dining menus.
- Cocktail Concoctions: Sweet and sour notes can be found across Barry’s updated cocktail menu. Highlights include the You’re a Tomato If, made with Kettle One Vodka and tomato brine; Barbieri Beach, with Botanist Gin, Aperol, peach syrup and orange juice; Snowflake in the Jungle, with Zacapa 23, Campari, Banana Saccharum, milk, pineapple juice and lime juice; Red Sun, with Coconut Fat Washed Volcan XA Tequila, mango puree, ginger and lime juice; and the James and the Giant, with Lyer’s Highland Scotch, peach syrup, lime juice and ginger beer.
- Greens and Gourmet Starters: Taste buds will be enticed with vibrant plates such as the Hearts of Palm Salad, made with baby frisée, baby arugula, artichoke hearts, cucumber crispy shallots topped with a truffle vinaigrette; the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, with baby greens, cherry heirloom tomatoes, celery root-apple slaw and a Dijon mustard dipping sauce. the Stuffed Bell Pepper, made with quinoa, summer vegetables and pesto house made tomato sauce; the gluten-free and vegan-friendly Chicken & Dumplings, with creamy vegetable broth, English peas and assorted wild mushrooms; and Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, with maitake mushrooms, vermicelli noodles, summer squash, watercress, bell peppers and Thai chili dipping sauce.
- Mouthwatering Main Dishes: Indulge in entrée items like the Faroe Island Salmon, with baby spinach, artichokes, wild mushrooms, blistered cherry tomatoes and a preserved lemon vinaigrette; the Organic Fire Chicken, slow roasted and split in half, topped with red Fresno chili jalapenos, toasted fennel and rosemary-lemon sauce; and the Chilean Seabass, with black rice, grilled broccolini and edamame soy vinaigrette.
Barry’s Downtown Prime is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. with the bar opening at 4:30 p.m. seven days a week.
Saginaw’s Delicatessen at Circa
Saginaw’s Delicatessen is known for serving sandwiches so big, guests will need two hands to eat. This season, the flavors are bigger than ever with new menu items for every time of day.
- Morning Medleys: Start off the morning with Leila’s Shakshuka, featuring three sunny-side eggs in tomato sauce made with peppers, onions and feta cheese; or Marty’s Chicken and Waffle, with a fluffy house-made waffle paired with crispy buttermilk fried chicken breast and pure maple syrup.
- Fun Openers and Sweet Endings: Refreshing new Saginaw’s appetizers include Watermelon Feta Salad, with cubed watermelon, feta cheese, fresh mint and honey lime dressing; and Cold Asparagus Soup, with fresh asparagus, creme fraiche and chicken stock. Guests can also end the meal with Saginaw’s sweet take on a Banana Split.
- Dinner Delights: Embrace the long summer nights with dinner options like Tony’s Lasagna, made with layers of noodles coated in house made ragu sauce, ricotta and mozzarella cheese; Penny’s Steak Dinner, comprised of a tender strip loin steak, topped with NiNi’s garlic spread and served with mashed potatoes and green beans; and Lulu’s Lamb Chops, with a chimichurri sauce, grilled asparagus and fried potatoes. Highlights that are not to be missed included the Helluva Half Chicken, topped with pineapple salsa and served with a side of mashed potatoes and spinach; and the Kazzy’s Whole Trout, pan-seared and served with white rice, tomato sauce, sauteed green beans and grilled lemon.
The Jewish-style delicatessen, curated by Paul Saginaw, is open 24 hours seven days a week.
Jack Pots Coffee at Circa
Jack Pots Coffee will keep more than just the bees buzzing. The new spring and summertime menu items have a mix of fresh and energizing sips and sandwiches for guests to enjoy.
- Super Food Smoothies: Cool off and recharge with The Greenie, made with avocado, banana, spinach, cocoa nibs and coconut milk. For an extra kick, upgrade to The Greenie Meanie that adds a shot of espresso.
- Coffee Creations: Be treated to the perfect summer coffee beverage, The Frigo, a blended and refreshing cold brew with heavy whipping cream, white and dark chocolate and caramel. The new coffee lineup also features Mexican Hot Chocolate, with mocha, milk, cayenne chili powder and whipped cream; the London Fog, with earl grey tea, vanilla syrup, lavender syrup and milk; and the Iced Spanish Latte, with condensed milk, espresso and milk.
- Grab and Go Lunch: Those looking for a quick and delicious lunch can reach for either the Munster Turkey or Salami and Cheese sub.
Serving coffee beans sourced from across the globe and roasted in small batches with techniques tailored to geographical characteristics, each cup has a unique taste. Jack Pots is open 24/7.
8 East at Circa
8 East – Circa’s Pan-Asian dining experience – now offers a variety of Bento Boxes complete with one entrée and three sides. Guests can choose between Thai Sweet & Spicy Chicken Wings, Korean-style Bulgogi Steak, Sauteed Miso Honey Shrimp and Crispy Tofu & Stir-Fried Vegetables. All meals are served alongside Jasmine rice, fried cheese eggrolls and house salad with creamy ginger dressing. Bento Boxes are $17 and available Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for both dine-in and pick-up.
8 East is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight. Happy hour is also available daily from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Bacon Nation at the D
Bacon Nation is putting “the D” in delicious with four additional items on its mouthwatering bacon-centric menu.
- Downtown Daybreak Special: Available during breakfast hours, this ultimate deal includes two eggs, either scrambled or fried; two pieces of crispy thin-cut bacon; one sausage link; and a choice of toast for only $9.99.
- Familiar Favorites: The time has come to bring back the most requested classics from the past. Bacon Nation’s Mozzarella Sticks are a staple appetizer made in-house with a side of bacon-marinara sauce. Also returning are two entrées – the Shrimp Scampi. with white wine, garlic and butter sauce served on top of spaghetti; and the Chicken Parm, featuring chicken cutlet, mozzarella, parmesan, basil, spaghetti and bacon-marinara sauce.
Bacon Nation – the bacon-inspired eatery created by Downtown Hospitality Group – is located on the second floor of the D Las Vegas. Bacon Nation operates Thursday through Monday, serving breakfast from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. and lunch from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
