Palms is proud to bring back its A.Y.C.E. Buffet. Open for breakfast, dinner and weekend brunch, A.Y.C.E. Buffet features seven globally inspired stations with bold flavors, flame-broiled classics and options with everything prepared fresh.

Joining the culinary lineup and brand new to Palms is Serrano Vista Cafe featuring quality ingredients prepared in modern applications. From atmosphere to cuisine these unique dishes offer California classics with fresh produce and enticing flavors.

“It’s our goal to deliver great dining options for our guests. From fine dining to classic smoked barbeque recipes to fast casual options at Palms Pizza and our food court,” adds VP of Food and Beverage Greg Van Stone. “I’m pleased to share with our guests the overall variety that we serve; from the dim sum at Tim Ho Wan to the perfectly prepared steaks at Scotch 80 Prime, as well as introduce our newest restaurant, Serrano Vista Cafe, home to our casual, comfort food offerings with a classic California vibe.”
